David Letterman did a naughty thing. He preyed on the easily manipulated and pressured young women of his office staff. Of course being the boss and a television celebrity made him very desirable to these ambitious upstarts in show business who stood ready to pay whatever price to get a firm foothold in the ladder of success. He probably dangled a carrot before them in the form of a boost to good prospects using his influence and clout or maybe even the hope of a promotion, permanent employment and a pay increase in the production company which he controlled.
He also wielded a stick which was virtually big in intimidation but actually small in physical dimension gauging from his small sized nose which seers opine is an index of the size of his manhood. He was the big boss who could change the young girls’ fortunes to good tidings if his needs were handled gingerly and satisfactorily. Resisting could result in dire loss of opportunity and advancement. Pretty young things had to bite his bullet so to speak, although of low caliber.
We have reason to suspect that David Letterman gets too aroused interviewing the most seductive actresses in town but he can’t score or gain ground with them outside the show that’s why he takes it out on the vulnerable and naïve female interns and staffers of his production outfit. To them he’s larger than life and this telegraphs to his miniscule organ which seems to grow bigger and more formidable in their imagination. On the other end of the fulcrum, he could get laughed out of town by the likes of Paris Hilton et al who want their franks jumbo sized and bursting with juices.
It’s quite easy to tempt a young intern to partake of intimacies when shown a good time in otherwise unaffordable venues like glitzy hotels and restaurants. It’s not far fetched that he spoiled them with designer fashion and maybe the latest gizmos to come out of the digital mills. What’s to stop a middle aged millionaire playboy from using all that economic power to get the younger women to toe the line, hook, and sinker? Star struck, awestruck, and dumbstruck all came with the David Letterman spell woven from deep pockets over a stunted bludgeon.
